Puppops, Inc., offers free 1-3 day express shipping on any order of $95.00 or more.
We ship within the contiguous 48 states only. Unfortunately, we do not service customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.
We aim for most orders to leave our distribution fulfillment center within 2 business days of orders being received, and orders are typically delivered within 3 days.
Our human-grade frozen pup popsicles are conveniently shipped directly to your front door on dry ice using recyclable & compostable shipping materials. :)

To help reduce our carbon footprint, we offer 5—20% off all 2+ box orders (larger orders = less frequent shipments)

Orders $75.00—$94.99: 1—3 day shipping for $9.99
Orders less than $74.99: 1—3 day shipping for $14.99
Dry Ice Receiving Guidelines:
- Please be sure to receive your shipment as quickly as possible to reduce the risk of your puppops melting.
- We cannot guarantee successful delivery when the temperatures are in excess of 105º F especially if the order is not unboxed and stored in a freezer promptly upon delivery. We ask that you assume the risk of delivery in these types of weather conditions, but please don't worry as we will keep you updated with real-time order tracking to ensure you can get your puppops into a freezer as soon as they arrive.
- Dry ice vapor releases carbon dioxide: Please leave your box with dry ice in an open, well-ventilated area; the dry ice will harmlessly evaporate within 24 hours.
- Do not place dry ice in a closet, car, or any other enclosed space.
Dry Ice Safety Precautions:
- Do not touch it! Always treat dry ice with care. It’s extremely cold and can very quickly damage tissue if you touch it with bare skin. Keep it away from pets and small children.
- Do not remove dry ice from plastic bag.
- Do not handle or add to drinks.
- Do not put in the sink, which can be damaged by dry ice.
- If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and call 911.
- If on skin: Thaw frosted parts with lukewarm water. Do not rub the affected area. Get immediate medical attention.
- If in eyes: Immediately wash eyes thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. Hold eyelids open and away from eyeballs to ensure all surfaces are flushed thoroughly. Get immediate medical attention.
